Management Structure of INCDIE ICPE‑CA
3.4. Managing Committee
The Managing Committee has the following structure:
• General Director, Economic Director, Technical Director, Scientific Director, Scientific Secretary,
Head of Juridical Office
• The Managing Committee also includes:
- the union representative of the institute (with the status of permanent guest);
- the representative with the monitoring and supervision of the institutional administrative
procedures;
- head of programmes‑planning monitoring office.
• All heads of departments can be invited to the extended Managing Committee.

Based on the prerogatives established by GD 1282/2004 for the establishment and organization of
INCDIE ICPE‑CA and R.O.F. (Regulations on the Organisation and Functioning) of INCDIE ICPE‑CA, the structure
of the Managing Committee is as follows:
General Director President
Technical Director Vice‑president
Scientific Director Member
Economic Director Member
Scientific Secretary Member
The competencies and attributions of the Managing Committee are those provided in the annex to the Decision
of the General Director no. 182 / 25.09.2017.
The heads of departments, head of the programmes monitoring office, head of the juridical office, specialists
from the institute, depending on the issues discussed, can participate as guests in the meetings of the Managing
Committee.
In 2019, the activity of the Managing Committee took place in 13 ordinary meetings and an extraordinary
meeting, chaired by the president, held in the presence of the majority of members and the union leader. The
meetings took place monthly, mainly in the last decade of the month and had as main objective the analysis of
specific issues in the basic activity and related activities.
In 2019, the topic addressed during the meetings of the Managing Committee was in a continuous dynamic.
The agenda included analyzes and debates in areas of utmost importance ‑ research activity, marketing activity,
financial activity, human resources management, standardization, editorial activity, investments etc.
The presentation of the materials was accompanied by comments, observations and proposals of the participants,
which were recorded in the Minutes and Decisions of the Managing Committee.
