ARM – 4 will be held from Sunday, 4th to Thursday, 6th of September 2005, in Constanta, the heart of the settlements on the Romanian coast.
The nestle of the city is actually the antique city of Tomis, where the Latin poet Ovidius lived the last years of his life in exile. 7 km to the North there is a strip of land between the waters of the Siutghiol lake and the sea where Mamaia resort is placed.
