About CEM

The National Institute for Research and Development in Electrical Engineering ICPE‑CA Bucharest has a long tradition in organizing the Electromagnetic Compatibility Workshop.
This workshop is unique in Romania due to its meeting topics and discussions in the field of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).

It started as an annual itinerant event and since 2010 the workshop has been organized every two years as a response to the current imperatives of society aimed to reveal new
findings in the field of EMC.

At the same time, the current scientific event reached its 14th edition and marks the 20th anniversary of the CEM International Workshop. This event is designed to be a moment of
assessment and opening of new projects for the future.

We are proud of the previous successful editions and strive to address and promote the newest topics and challenges in the EMC domain. Therefore, we want to address some
current topics in the field of EMC, especially in the presence of the most important partners.
